At KlasseGear, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your KlasseGear account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
